DSM-101A DRY WIRE SAWING SYSTEM

CONSEC ORIGINAL DRY WIRE SAWING SYTEM is newly developed, which enable us to cut reinforced concrete by same speed as conventional wet wire sawing. It is consisted of Wire Saw DSM-101A customized with Intake Guide Pulley, Cyclone Dust Collector, Nozzle Pulley Assy, Water Supply Tank and Diamond Wire developed only for dry wire sawing.
■ Unnecessary for slurry water disposal and job site curing because slurry water isn’t generated.
■ After treatment is easy because concrete powder is directly collected into the bag.
■ Diamond Wire cooling water is used only 10 litter per one hour. The amount is only one percent of conventional wet wire sawing.
■ Dedicated Dry Diamond Wire is cooling fin structure and it also works for carrying cutting powder.
