Message from the President
We have a lengthy history of meeting the needs of society as a civil engineering and construction-related company since our establishment in 1967. We are also deeply grateful to our customers and the local community for supporting us in every aspect, as those blessings have enabled the growth we have achieved thus far. Rather than resting on our laurels, though, we, CONSEC, will exert continuous efforts to make even greater contributions in step with the growth of our employees. It is our joy to contribute to society and satisfy our customers. We will work hard as a team under our motto, "We do our best. For customers. For society.” and we appreciate your ongoing support.

Management Principles
We will contribute to the prosperity of society based on our principles of

CONSEC Group has three management principles: “Highest Reliability,” “Highest Technology,” and “Highest Integrity.”
Based on these three management principles, we will contribute to the prosperity of society by developing new products and technologies in the field of construction and civil engineering that take into consideration safety and the living environment. Concurrently, our basic policy is to ensure our compliance with laws and regulations as a member of society and continue to generate stable and appropriate profit, thereby sharing the joy with not only our shareholders, but also our business partners and employees. We respond to the needs of the times with people-friendly technologies that help conserve the natural environment.
Management Policy
We will continue to develop our core construction and civil engineering related businesses.
In the construction and civil engineering field, public works projects remain under restraint and competition between companies is expected to become increasingly severe. However, we anticipate ongoing growth in demand in the renewal field for cutting and demolition, which are our specialty. At the same time, there will be even stronger demands to address issues pertaining to the living environment. CONSEC Group aims to establish a sales structure capable of promptly addressing such issues and to further concentrate its management resources on businesses that will enable it to prevail over the competition. Specifically, we aim to achieve further growth by enhancing synergy among the businesses within CONSEC Group, such as by strengthening new product development and cultivating the Chinese market.
Our primary goal is to develop new pillars of business
for the lasting prosperity of CONSEC Group.
Our diamond tools have the highest sales in the industry and have secured a stable share of the domestic market. This line of business will continue to support the foundation of CONSEC on into the future, but in order to achieve further growth, we believe we need to proactively take on the challenge of new business as well.
