Measures for Putting the Policy into Practice
- 1. Strengthening human resources development
-
In addition to enhancing employee rank-specific training, we encourage active participation in training sessions given by external lecturers. We also provide active support for career advancement by utilizing systems such as support for obtaining professional certifications.
- 2. Improving the workplace environment
-
We foster a home-like, comfortable working environment so that each employee can grow autonomously and fully exercise their abilities. We also proactively work on work style reforms, such as encouraging employees to take paid holidays and utilizing flextime systems.
- 3. Personnel system reform
-
We aim to improve employee engagement even further by building a personnel system that allows older employees to utilize their extensive experience and work in a variety of rewarding roles, such as senior advisors.
Additionally, we promote a job rotation system to improve individual skills, and by implementing a dual-track personnel system, we aim to create an organization that allows employees to choose a career that suits their lifestyle while making the most of their aptitudes.
